The main concern people have with non-organic shampoos is that it has sulfates in it, which is terrible for your hair. Any conditioner is okay, I think. :)
if your hair ever gets used to a shampoo/conditioner that you really love then just wash your hair with apple cider vinegar. it will get rid of buildup. that way you can keep using the shampoo/conditioner you love with the effects of it going away...if that makes any sense at all :)

As far as the "Mane N Tail" products are concerned they have been around for many years. I used this line many years ago and didn't get any results.
If you want healthy hair use an orgainc shampoo without SLS.
SLS has been known to cause hair loss and thinning.
One product that I would recommend is "KISS MY FACE" - "Whenever" shampoo. It is a great product that has organic ingredients. Leaves hair shiny and manageable.

Horses hair is very thick and can take a lot, but mane n tails can work on your hair too, if you know how to use it right. Most people who own horses use it so that their horses can grow long, healthy mane and tail hair. It works trust me. Ive worked with horses for years.

that stuff messed up my hair and left it all poofy. my hair was hard like i dipped it in wax. and i had more knots and it was soooooo fustrating. it dried my hair and it didnt really smell nice... also, the price was ridiculous, iit sucked.

all that stuff makes your hair FEEL good because it covers it in a wax. its not actually doing much good. Thats why you need organic shampoos and conditioners that are sulfur/sulfate free

have you ever tried cabellos? its horse/human shampoo too but just a different brand. i was trying to decide between the two but i decided to buy neither at the time and i would search for reviews. i cant find any cabellos reviews only mane and tail

I think mane and tail only makes yourhair tangley. Cause i have the same shampoo and conditioner and it makes my hair really smooth and soft and no tangley after i get out,.

You have nice hair.
As far as the "Mane N Tail" products are concerned they have been around for many years. I used this line many years ago and didn't get any results.
If you want healthy hair use an orgainc shampoo without SLS.
SLS has been known to cause hair loss and thinning.
One product that I would recommend is "KISS MY FACE" - "Whenever" shampoo. It is a great product that has organic ingredients. Leaves hair shiny and manageable.
