It's "Laffy Taffy" + an original untitled song by Girl Talk.

No problem. It drove me crazy too when I first heard the album. It's the 3rd track ("Hold Up") on his Night Ripper album. His original song starts about 1:25 into the track and "Laffy Taffy" comes in at 1:46.
