the ones in the picture displayed on the website aren't perfect (no feet, no glossy top), but i swear if you do the recipe right they come out looking fabulous.

this kind is a french macaroon...it is made of egg whites, confectioner's sugar and almond flour and vanilla extract (or any other flavored extract) and the filling is icing. Sometimes the filling is jam.
no just a different batch...the green ones are probably lime flavored. The pink ones you were referring are probably rose flavored or berry flavored ones.
