  • @ProjectMNow very tangy just like a saurkraut but not processed- depends upon the veggies you use but they always taste good

  • @ibetteru2 I've heard about recipies like this in a book called Nourishing Traditions. I don't use those recipies because I prefer the sachets Donna Gates makes as it has the highest quantities of the probios and it's always a good and tasty batch.

  • I did slow transition also. Lost 20 pounds in 3 months (& previously I was eating healthy, low fat/good fats, exercising, etc) and still only aprox. 85% totally BE. Feeling better, continuing to increase BE things for me. The book is GREAT and allows for uniqueness! Wish I could have had this information when I was your age :)
