What is now the next course of action? I myself was subject to a repossession hearing a number of years ago and although i kept my property after looking through all the legal paper work only copy documents were submitted.

@wobbers99 the note was fully negotiable, in that it was made payable to bearer, which puts it on the same legal footing as bank notes.
