How will you begin to show your love? I can assure you, if you feel dark within; yet you manage to help another, you help yourself. Try something small. Gather things that once brought you joy. Bring clothes to your shelter so they can be distributed to your brother/sister. The energy of love with which you prepared these items for another will be felt by them...and you.
