Brown sugar...sugar in the raw..so much better than regular sugar I totally agree. Its important to note that brown sugar is also something different that will not work in coffee/tea and the like its for baking. Stevia is more sweet and you will find that you use alot less too.

I'm a huge fan of bread too its hard to cut back on carbs LOL
