Do you have the Fenris/Hawke banter? I've heard he says something about being glad to see Hawke and gets laughed at by most of your companions if they're in a romance, but I can't find it.

@erd249 I know which one you’re talking about and no, it doesn’t seem to trigger for me. :(( Such a pity! I’d love to see that! The only one that I triggered when I wasn’t recording and then couldn’t trigger it again was Anders asking if I’ve had news from Carver/Bethany.

@FluffyNinjaLlama I'm afraid I didn't. I did get a rather humorous one where Varric denied gossiping about my relationship with him though. "Angsty Tevinter Elf". You have to admit, the man does tend to pose in shadow a great deal.

@FluffyNinjaLlama His smile is what kills me. I can never romance Anders, fond as I am of him from Awakening, because whenever Fenris smiles I just go weak at the knees.

But no, Varric actually refers to him as the Angsty Tevinter Elf at one point. Fenris repeats it sort of incredulously. The man is not exactly self-aware.

@erd249 Yes, Varric calls him that when he comments on Hawke’s relationship with him, then he goes even further and compares him to an angsty porcupine because of his armor’s spikes. :D Anders & Fenris stand pretty close in my rating. I went for Anders in my first playthrough. Then in most PTs that followed I chose Fenris. Then, once I finally got over what Anders does at the end, I changed back to him and I almost always choose him now. It’s a tough choice between those two!

@erd249 I meant this one: /watch?v=n8YQtmXTxzQ I didn’t get the Angsty Elf line in Legacy. True, Anders is preachy and it gets really tiring sometimes, especially in Act 3. Still, he's so sweet when he isn’t. It’s just.. mindmelting. Fangirl squee ^^ Seriously though, I like to look at his preachy-ness as Justice/Vengeance influence (which it is) and my Hawke is trying to save him from it, help him somehow. So I can look past it.

@FluffyNinjaLlama No, no, I've seen the line you were talking about. "Angsty Porcupine" makes me giggle. :) But I see what he does as Vengance. I knew Justice and Anders and they were both good. Kirkwall, in the meantime, has so many ancient evils it's pitiful. The place corrupted my friends. Anders never would've hurt innocent people, and neither would Justice.

@erd249 I don’t think the Kirkwall is the problem here. As Anders’s said it’s his anger at the injustices the mages suffer all over Thedas that corrupted Justice, turned him into Vengeance. The same thing was going on in Ferelden. Another thing is “Justified“ Anders killing innocents. It took me long time to get over it. But I finally did; members of the Chantry aren’t innocent.They’re people who enslaved and oppress his all kind,and they’re using an army to do so.They’re not innocent bystanders

Shame that Merrill's VA probably didn't have much time to do lines with her acting career, so they reused a lot of lines. LOL'd so hard @chaste-marriage/sarcastic Hawke. I think I'm going to transcribe Carver's lines next for the wiki. Never thought his'd be so interesting.

Got to love Carver's attraction to Merrill and how he gets all flushed.

I like how Hawke told Carver to be happy for her with the marriage with Sebastian, but Carver is trying to protect his older sister.

The marble comment with Merrill was hilarious.
