Think about it, the show started with all the dramatics with Brian and other team members. They dropped Brian completely and replaced the dramatics with staged stunts. Ratings people RATINGS!
I've seen a lot of GH episodes and most of the evidence seems pretty real and interesting. There have been a couple scenes where they look genuinely terrified and I think those are few and far between but real. I think the producers may try to make them pull little stunts so they aren't always "debunking" which makes for a boring show. I'm sure the team would rather do it for fun than fill an hour of dramatic commercial breaks and stunts.

Think about it, the show started with all the dramatics with Brian and other team members. They dropped Brian completely and replaced the dramatics with staged stunts. Ratings people RATINGS!

I've seen a lot of GH episodes and most of the evidence seems pretty real and interesting. There have been a couple scenes where they look genuinely terrified and I think those are few and far between but real. I think the producers may try to make them pull little stunts so they aren't always "debunking" which makes for a boring show. I'm sure the team would rather do it for fun than fill an hour of dramatic commercial breaks and stunts.
