  • Bill--I'm in week 63 of 72. So happy to hear you're undetectable and have a great chance of an SVR. I hope you heal quickly from your infection and illness. One thing, though...while I hope and pray your liver will be healthy enough for you to live till you're 150--if you ever do need a transplant, I really hope you will take it. You're a great guy, and you can do far more good by staying alive as long as you can than by giving up. BEST OF LUCK! Stay healthy! Danny

  • Whoa, you're having to go the distance - 72 weeks! Was your original treatment plan 48 weeks, extended to 72, or was the original plan for 72 weeks? I wish you a very successful conclusion. As for me, I've recovered from my infection, and I started swimming again. I'm experiencing less fatigue and have more energy now. But I really hope I never need the transplant and if and when the time comes I'm sure I'll consider it, but I've heard it can be messy and very painful.

  • I was looking forward to part 7. I'm glad you keep us informed about your treatment. I'm glad your at undectable levels and I'll be looking forward to the updates.

  • Thanks. I'm feeling much better today.

  • Very Powerful message DJ.

I am praying that everything smooths out well for you, and glad to hear that you are still able to be positive about life living on a right track. Get Well Brother !

  • Thanks, Aaron, I'm feeling a bit better today and seem to be breathing easier. Hopefully this comment posts because I've been having problems accessing my YT accounts.

  • Wow, pnuemonia is a scary thing, kiddo! Thank God for antibiotics and that your dr. caught it in time! I use a cane, too, due to my arthritis, but its a plain old cane, yours is like a really cool walking stick! Below detectable levels - that is wonderful! I will keep praying for you to be clean of hepatitis! You are far from useless, you give so many people hope and you remind people that they are not alone. You have a wonderful outlook and I know that I draw upon it!

    Hugs,

    Joanie

  • How funny, Joanie, that I don't know the difference between a cane and a walking stick. I'm feeling much better today and it seems the antiobiotics are working.

  • I get 90 pills for about $7, I'll have to look up the brand, but its 1000 mg - others are only 175 mg. Not sure why the dosage differences though.

  • I've been taking milk thistle since I learned of my diagnosis 11 years ago. Use it everyday or nearly everyday. Thanks!

  • Thanks for watching, I also sent you a message via your channel message box.
