  • I damaged my ankle ligaments during a soccer game, there is no swelling but i do feel a bit of inflammation. the doctor told me to rest it at first but i didn't really listen. i did later on though for about 2 weeks. i went back and told me there is nothing wrong but i still have to rest it for a month or 2 he said, what ways can I speed up the processes of healing? like 2 weeks max? i know its a dumb question but i must play soccer ASAP thanks:)

    . can i ask, ive had a sprained ankle for 2 months now and i want to know how best to speed up the recovery time i need to be able to skateboard next week !! thanks
