  • I've been scouting my health foods stores for coconut oil and I see a lot of options that are organic and extra virgin, but not cold pressed. What its the importance of it being cold pressed?

  • Loved the enthusiasm and passion in the video

  • Yes I strongly agree coconut oil is aromatic, extra virgin organic coconut oil has a strong aroma and tropical fragrance. If the smell is gone it has gone through strong processing.

  • is virgin coconut oil okay to use? it's cold pressed.

  • I just started watching your videos today and I want to say thank you! They are very imformative! And I subscribed!

  • Thanks so much for all of this information. I'm gonna check out your other videos. You're so well informed! xx

  • Is 1st pressed virgin olive oil good under heat?

  • Your hair is so beautiful

  • You look sooooooooo healthy. Thank you for sharing and caring. I will visit your site.

  • such an awesome video. i just picked up some unrefined Nutiva evcoconut oil. i hope this works well for me. totally off topic, but you so remind me of frances mcdormand.

  • I am such a coconut oil nut my friends and family are really thinking that I'm crazy but coconut oil is really a god given natural healing oil I use it in my hair, on my skin, face and feed it to my dogs for their coat and digestive systems ! I am now trying the coconut oil with my cereal in the morning how much do you think I should use on a daily basis ???? I have used coconut oil for removing makeup the toothpaste thing is really interesting I might try it :-)

  • coconut oil in mygreen smoothie, nice suggestion. i love coconut oil because it has no carbs, yay, lol.

  • whoa, nice shiny skin.

  • lol you brushed your teeth with clay???? Ok, ridiculous. Next video please.

  • @tchahil i make toothpaste out of green clay, arrow root, coconut oil and essential oil. it works well, just doesn't foam up cos there's no SLS

  • do you use botox too?

  • Coconut oil is a God send. I use it on my skin before and after I take a shower. I also use it in my smoothies. Two weeks into using it, I saw a big difference. After looking at your video about oil pulling, I will be using it for my teeth and gums. Thank you so much for your videos. They are great and you are a fox... : )

  • @neter70 hey do you think coconut oil clogs your pores? B/c i have been breaking out in very tiny whiteheads for a little over a month now...they go away within a day or two, but I stopped using it because I freaked out, I don't know how long these tiny whiteheads will last, i think they might have clogged my pores, because before using it, my face was free of zits..so I don't know what's going on. and i only use it lightly, like i just pat it on my skin after rubbing it onto my hands.

  • I would also like to know if the coconut oil expires. I have the solid.

    I bought a 54oz tub from "The Vitamin Shoppe"....says it's organic.

    What is "cold pressed"?

  • how much coconut oil do you eat?

  • can you drink just straight coconut oil???

  • @uncboy2028 yeah u can

  • @uncboy2028 Coconut oil is solid at roomtemp. ;-)

  • @PeaceElk

It really depends where you are, in the tropics , Coconut Oils tend to be liquid as compared to cooler or colder climates , temperates and countries. In the tropics and asian continents - coconut oil will remain liquid anywhere.

  • @MDIS Ofcourse, that's true. I found coconut oil suitable for using in food today (it is not common at all in my country. Nor tropic or asian ;-) )

  • Will def check out the oil pulling!! sounds interesting!!

  • Then again, maybe it's just warmer here. The glass jar didn't crack at all by the way. I hope it's all good.

  • I accidentally boiled a jar of coconut oil. We normally put a small glass jar of oil into a pot of warm water to let it melt and put the top on while it does so. I went to warm up some coconut butter, and I turn the heat on to boil the water without knowing the coconut oil was in the pot... I come back about 6-7 minutes later to find to my horror that I accidentally boiled the glass jar with oil in it. Is that harmful to the oil in any way? The next morning, the coconut oil was STILL liquid.

  • Natasha,

I watched this yesterday and then ran into a woman today that said she LIVES for coconut oil. She said she uses it for almost everything and even runs it through her hair the night before she shampoos. What I thought was most amazing, however, is that she said she has a very old cat that started to lose the hair on its ears so she started massaging the oil into the ears on her pet and within a couple of weeks, the hair grew back! I was simply amazed and thought I would share. :)

  • What are your views on avocado oil?

  • Thank-you Natasha, very informative
