My friend I start my day off with a daily helping of porridge as well but....I substitute sugar for honey and no milk, I would go for soy milk if i did though.

I love Porridge! Hahaa. I get Quaker Oats, Maple flavour Fruit. It has like, Raisins, Almonds, Berrys etc in it. Pretty Sweet.
Then again, Normal Porridge oats are just as enjoyable!
