Seeing Man in the Mirror from the This is It version makes me cry to this day. And it's 2 years since the movie came out. The ending is superb with the outstretched arms. Tugs at my heartstrings. I went to Graceland in August 2007 and was stunned and amazed that people still send flowers and wreaths etc. all these years later - they were lined up on the road for tourists to see - people just don't forget when someone great (like Elvis and MJ) touches their heart and soul and even though they leave us they never really leave us cause they live on inside of us.

I cried in the theater at this part. Everyone was crying. You guys do know that this was the last rehearsal before his death right? It's sad that they all came together to pray and sing this wonderful song the night before he passed. :( Tears me up everytime i think about it.

There were some parts of the rehearsal where he sang and some parts were he used bg tracks. HE was trying to save his voice. Either way, the movie was awesome! Just imagine what the full concert would have been like. Although a lot of people were against TII, I was happy (and sad) after seeing the film. Sad b/c he's no longer here. But awestruck at the shear genius of this man.

Growing up listening to Michael Jackson during the 80s were the YEARS i last lived. I couldn't help but to let out a few tears right now. His music in the 80s was magnificent, if you didn't own any of his records/albums you weren't cool, haha. Michael Jackson will be one of the few artists who will still be known in a million years, his music and any merchandise involving him will be in museums. Just wait and watch. Music was defined, and glitterized by Michael.

Man in the mirror was the last of the rehearsals and to top it off Michael only rehearsed for this song once unlike the other songs. Its sad to know his last song he sung and rehearsed for was this one but what a beautiful song.

From what you can hear from him during the whole documentory he sounds the best he had been for years, he even sounds better than he did during his history tour. This would have been the greatest show ever put togeather and would have been even more special as it would have been the most amazing comeback the world would have ever seen, talk about a total turn around!

I got a newsletter recently from MJThruthNow.In March 2010 they sent letters to executives of Disney/ABC News asking them to look at the comments on Bashir's documentary and at MJ's own videos of what really took place. News is that Bashir now works for MSNBC which is a cable channel. I will email you a copy of the full newlletter. Maybe if everybody who love MJ joined and become advocates for him we can help bring about legislation to prevent these sort of atrocities LOVE

I seen the movie 19 times and at the end he touches his heart and stretches out his arms I cry everytime I see this. We have lost one of the greats. Man in the Mirror is my favorite song. It has tremandous meaning. Ganrella7908 you are so right nobody could put on a show like Michael Jackson. I so glad I got to see him in concert 3 times. Victory Tour, Bad Tour and History Tour.
