So then what was really the point of the upgrade? To put it simple, the average person is not willing to spend the same amount of money to fly Air India (3 star) when for the same price or lower, there are much better options out there (Qatar, Emirates, Etihad, Jet Airways, Kingfisher, British Airways)

Air India (a 3 star Airline) is not even decent. I don't want to be rude but AI is a dreadful airline. Try flying world class airlines for a change. Example...Singapore, Cathay, Qatar.
quite simply.. AIR INDIA lacks polish and style of service. If you get a good crew then your flight maybe goodish. The drinks list they have is impressive however if you are a drinker as they stock nearly all main spirits, beers and wines... :-)
@trishul100 MH Business? the most dated product ever their 737's need to be dumped! EK business class with 8 abreast is not a better hard product from AI except for the ICE. This video is not about the F cabin So I'm not giving my explanations about the SQ First cabin.

I have flown in air india couple of times, only thing i hate about it is air-hostesses. I don't know if its only me, but i found them lil rude.
