@lukeoreilly666 mostly your core, but your forearms, triceps, biceps and shoulders will all get a serious burn, its very much a full body workout. Remember to change your grip half way through your set to work both sides
Is that a Tabata timer I hear going in the background? I also train at a Crossfit facility because I like the equipment, but I find my gym doing this MetCon focused stuff every day. I got some good results at first, but then hit a wall. Probably because my cortisol levels were going through the roof. So now I find myself doing workouts more like what guys like Rob Wold or Jason Ferruggia would recommend. I do still like the Tabata type workouts like you show here. Good stuff.
Nice, although I'm curious why you chose to do the KB swings like that instead of the full range of motion (I only mention this because I noticed that you are affiliated with Crossfit). No hate, just wondering if you had a specific reason.
I'll have to get a powercable to jump rope with, I think it would help me with doubleunders..
I've trained with kettlebells long before crossfit and was trained in the Russian style swing. IMO, no need for overhead swings. We do enough overhead work with presses and snatches. My focus is more on the posterior chain with the Russian swing. Thanks for the comment.

@Breeegz I know that some non CF KB people feel that the full range is not good on the shoulders...........I never had a problem with them.
