Quite some lifts could be very bad for a BAD back, but no-problem-super-fun anyway for any of the GOOD backs !! ;-) Most bad backs have their origin in emotional stress (without lifting anything ;-) ) or in general weak physics condition. However, if you're so weak you're unable to lift anything, you will not hurt your back either.... LOGIC !! ;-) ;-)
