@cdevers100 There are more songs from 1-23-70 on Burning Desire album. ;) Some of songs from 1-23-70 can be find as I remember on Cherokee Mist album, for egsample song "Country Blues" with harmonica by Jimi, Billy Cox, Buddy Miles rocerded in New York City 1-23-70. And ofcourse album Band of Gypsys (But I'm not sure if it's exactly from 1-23 but for sure from 1970). :)

@cdevers100 Ezy Ryder/MLK, Villanova Junction, Record Plant 2x, Burning Desire, Blue Suede Shoes/Blues, Highways Of Desire/7 Dollars In My Pocket, Midnight Lightning, Country Blues, Once I Had A Woman, Astro Man were all the songs recorded on that day.Once I Had A Woman, Blue Suede Shoes, and Midnight Lightning are available on the bootleg album "Midnight Lightning Revisited" and they are terrific. Besides country blues, i do not believe any more from this session has been released.

In my opinion, this is the best studio recording Hendrix ever made. 1-23-70 seemed to be an especially good day of recording for Jimi. At 6:29 is where the real fun begins. Hendrix is smoking on guitar, and the band is right there with him. I got this off a CD from Best Buy, after which they discontinued it. Damn lucky to get it.
