Yep, it was it Virtual Pro Wrestling 2. They left it in No Mercy, you just use a code to get it back. It's got to replace another weapon though. I have it over the Water Bottle.
It was another item that was in the game, yet not usable. When I went to make Godfather's pimp cane a weapon, it have me that, which looks just like Finaly's weapon only longer. I can post codes if you want them.
