NICE , sounds good to, what kind of engine does it have ? That is a pretty tight spot for a test flight, you must have been pretty confident. Personally, I think I will look for a 10,000 foot runway with no obstacles to test fly my Kitfox :)
This is our home airport so we just flew it there. We are in Washington State. We brought the plane in on a trailer from St. Paul, Mn. We spent 2 weeks going over every part before the flight.
It has a Rotex 912, no turbo. Take off roll was about 300 ft. One soul on board for a 1 hour flight.
