I was trying to screw up on fusion and hope for loki like this but it didn't work but i did

ended up with a Power with Growth 3 and that move that revives a party member to max hp i swear that was pure luck

What I hate the most about Accidental Fusions is when you spend a good 20 minutes or so trying to pass on the exact skills you want onto the resulting Persona, only to have it fail on you and you end up with something else entirely. >:/

@Fearoq It does happen once in a while, so you might think you want to fuse A, but instead you got B, like you want level 44 Ose, but you got level 48 Dionysius. It happens, just very rarely.

@Fearoq well, he might look 'cooler' but in truth this loki is a bit more accurate. the original loki was never meant to be devilish in appearance, he was the handsome nordic trickster god. If he had looked evil and menacing, well, who would fall for his tricks? He was basically the first conman, smiling and pretending to be your friend while plotting to stab you in the back for fun.

though of course, SMT was never too much for 'accuracy' when designing their demons' aesthetics

Lol. I try to fused oberon before(around lvl 16), by using low level (around level 1 to 8) and the result is Scathach(Lv 60++) <Is true, but I don't record it, but it's 2nd life cycle, so ur character is high enough to fused persona lv 60++

I only had an accidental fusion twice (I didn't have P3 for very long .. was borrowing it from a friend) and the first was neutral, the second turned out in my favor. The one I was making I was just going to fuse again to get rid of. The one it made had awesome attacks and I fused it again to make a persona I actively used until my friend took the game back. XD

@xJisJis Bad things? The Loki I received in P3P via accidental fusion was freaking badass. Much better than the Thoth fusion that I was going for, and it became a mainstay persona. I've never seen a crap accidental fusion in my game yet... they can't really be that bad... can they?

@0damnation0 trust me, they can be a devastating loss of persona and money later on in the game. Once i tried fusing Kohryu 9think that's his name. the golden heirophant dragon anyways) and instead got  like a rank 6 persona from an arcana i had no level in at all (I think it was lovers) instead. it's a good thing I had saved just before going into the room or I would have entered my TV P4 style and kicked the living shits outa Igor till he gave me the persona I wanted.

@invesibel Accidental fusions are rare, so usually you don't have to worry about one happening. You might want to save before you fuse though, just in case.

So far, it's happened to me twice, both on Triangle Fusions. The first got me Slime, the second an extremely powerful and useful Parvati.

You have a 1/64 chance during Normal Fusion and 1/32 on Triangle. Thankfully (given the time and expense), anything more elaborate can't fail.

What I know, is that you need to have a 5 or 6 persona fuse thingie.

The persona you need are Mot, Alice, Loa, Pale Rider, and Samael. Then if your feeling awesome you can take Thanatos and fuse him with Orpheus to get Messiah. BUt you know, only if you get the Judgement S. Link maxed.
