Deuce was a fantastic RB. It seems pretty obvious now that the knee injuries have taken their toll on him. There was no one in the leagut that combined his size,power, and break away speed. He could run through you as easily as running by you. He is my all-time favorite running back. I hope he can put it together one last time.

Deuce is such a great player, person, and teammate. I think that he's probably too unselfish and too good of a teammate; similar to the NBA's Kevin Garnet. I believe that it was in the team's best interest to let him run the ball more.

I have never seen a big back run with as much grace and fluidity as Deuce McCallister in the open field. I think Deuce's weakness is that sometimes he seems slow to the line or slow to find the hole, so he seems to have alot of no gainers. But, if he finds even the smallest seam, LOOKOUT! You will never see a better combination of power and graceful fluidity. And, from 1 yard or less to the goaline, I would choose Deuce over any other back--hands down.
