  • Hello. I followed your video, but I don't understand what cable your referring to. I have the problem, but none of the cables are lose. Can you tell me which one it is? Cause there are like 4 ribbon like looking cables.

  • @355Project the one right under the battery and above the colored cables tied with the black ribbon, if that doesn't work then it's probably not the same issue this video solves.

I put a link for the picture of the cable in the description

  • Thanks for posting this video. I had the same issue. I had opened the Transformer but didnt know which plug to reconnect. Finally got the right one.

  • @oa20042 anytime =)! I'll be sure to post ANY fixes for hardware from now on since I'm happy i was able to help a few people!

  • Thank you so much! You're my hero! But I have a question: after putting everything back in, the power button always (3 tries so far) comes out a little depressed on one side. I can still press it, but it requires extra force and a few tries every time. Is there any trick or special way to do do it right?

  • @Jordiga open the cover and try to put it back together again, but start from the buttons side and make sure they press correctly, the frame is a bit flimsy so careful not to bend it.

  • @DoCWaSaBe perfect! I tried again, starting from the buttons side, and it worked! Now my transformer is back exactly as it was before the fall. Thank you so much!

  • Thanks. This fixed my transformer after I gave it a little bit of a knock.

  • @pjsgsy knew this would help other people! your welcome =)!
