Just for the record and you can reference the Peter Connelly story/case for proof. The mother may have been forced by the legal system to hand over the child for visitation. The father of Peter tried to save his son from severe abuse and the police and the courts made him hand the child over to the mother who was at the time out on bail for charges of child abuse against the child and on top of that there were over 60 child protective service workers who all documented the abuse.

Did you watch the whole video? The first time they suspected anything (which was the first time the father was with the child in over a year) they DID take her to the E.R. and call the police. If they had refused to surrender her for visitation rights they would have been criminally processed and possibly lost all custodial rights. And where do you think a child is placed when one parent is denied custody and the other parent has no charges?

@baloorina here in Canada, it works differently, but in some parts of the States, if you refuse to comply with court mandated ANYTHING, you can get into serious trouble for parental alienation and they can use that against you and these parents end up losing custody of their child. It happened to this woman with her twin girls. They accused her of parental alienation and custody was given to the husband, who WAS indeed molesting his girls. I know I would run if I had to...

I'm not saying that the dad didn't do anything, but it's very questionable why it was recorded on video in the first place. And obviously it's not just a coincidence that it was on video. You can obviously tell that the mom coached the little girl to say things.

Did you know that a polygraph is only 50-54 percent effective, and in fact, it's so ineffective that they CAN NOT be used as evidence in most trials because they mean that little to prove someone's guilt. Someone can fail a polygraph and be completely honest. Just like someone who appears to be a bad parent can actually be a good one, and vice versa. People watch too much CSI bullshit.

Anyone who doesn't think a father could molest their daughter is wrong. I used to be the confidant for a woman who was raped by her father as a child from the ages 4-16. When she was 5 her mother caught her husband doing that to her daughter yet she did nothing because he was the breadwinner and if she left him she wouldn't be able to support herself, so the girl couldn't rely on either of her parents.

If you go to the person that put this up's channel then you will find that he did get arrested.
But for possessing child pornography. His girlfriend which has his 2 year old son with him turned over the computer. He now has no contact with the little girl and is on the sex offender register. This occurred 2 years after filming the Dr Phill show.
