  • thanks for teaching me how to do that! i love raw butter with my fav bread & haven't had it for over 2 years...Q: to make sure i understand - in the 2nd part you are separating the thick cream + the creamiest liquid from the butter? so cream is not only the super thick dense part but is the thicker liquid part, too?

    & 60 to 75 degree room temperature - is that best?

  • so you will shake all of the cream and from that butter is formed. so i must have poured more of the milk into the jar...more than just the cream because i poured off a lot of excess.

    do that make sense?
