My teacher in junior high for 3 years was Colombian, and I got used to her way of speaking, and eventually I had a college professor from Spain. I graduated from college and don't believe a mentally handicapped person should have an equal opportunity at a job that i'm trying to get. They should only have equal consideration, if we are applying for a job that we are equally qualified or capable of doing. I'm for equitable treatment for all. basically, whoever can do the job best should get it. no favors for minorities, because that is not fair.
