@105Leon I built it from a Gausshog and the red troop carrier. I was going to get the Covenant Strike set at Walmart that comes with a green troop carrier but the set isn't out yet in my area.

@357unit I built from a Guasshog and the red Troop Transport Warthog, but there's a Walmart Exclusive set now called Covenant Strike that has a green Troop warthog, desert camo UNSC, and a squad of Purple Covenant.
