An order in English policy is one which every business should use. I wouldn't go to China and expect store clerks to understand English. English i's our national language, and those within our borders should have enough respect to learn to speak it. I only wish that Gino made better Cheesesteaks.

My grandparents settled in that neighborhood in the 20's from Naples and no one cut them a break - they learned English from reading the paper - no internet, no Berlitz - no reason others can't do it today.
