Thanks for this excellent vid ! Most ME people I've heard from who were near equatorial seas (IE: Caribbean) were well enough to lead normal lives while there. It didn't depend upon stress, lifestyle, food, exercise, meds. Different people ME people report being well again during their time there. It used to work for me. It's too bad i can't get anyone to study it.

It's classic and very much represents my experience too with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (caused by gluten intolerance but I found that out on my own - the doctors just kept telling me to get counseling). Well, I removed gluten from my diet and I recovered. I hope all the others who are suffering find their solution too. With love and solidarity during this holiday season. xo
