@Hoserboy55 There are phillips screws holding the nylon dangle on, so it looks like it could be removed. I couldn't swear how well a teklok would fit but it looks like a possibility.
Having seen the price of both, There's not £100 worth of extras on the Falkniven. The cold steel is just as high tech bladewise and will give heaps of real life service. I do like the Falkniven leather sheath though.
They are very good knifes...one of the best game knifes out there. I have had mine for over 10 years, and it is still going strong. Mine is Carbon 5 steel, and has a nylon sheath.
You cant go by that some think they can but its useless when it comes to a knife. I have a few knives that say they are the same rockwell like my SOG Sealpup elite and my Scrapyard SOD and the Son of dogfather would destroy my sog.
great review... I recived my huntre master yesterday. it is the same san mai III version. I'm planing to buy a fallkniven s1 or h1 as well. In your oppinion wich one is better? the san mai 3 or fallkniven lam vg 10 steel? thx

I don't think you go wrong with either one. If I had to rank the two though, I would put the Fallkniven a notch above.
