dang i wish zhang liao had his blue wyvern back his halberds r cool and all but i like his pike better and if pang de has zhang liao's voice ill be pissed cuz zhang liao is my fave! but pang de's pretty cool i like him but i hope hes not all slow like in dw5.

Been playing the DW games since DW2 on my old PS2, and after reading Romance of the Three Kingdoms, love this series even more. I hope that Koei/Tecmo release a Empires version, as DW6 Empires was awesome... Sad that there's no Edit Officer mode in this. Just have to hope that it'll return in the eventual DW7 Empires.

Yes!!!!! there is going to be another Dynasty Warriors title coming Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends and I couldn't be more happy I love Dynasty Warriors I and can't wait to see what Tecmo Koei is going to do next in DYNASTY WARRIORS 8 and to hell with anybody who says (Though it’s hard to believe, there is another Dynasty Warriors title) Dynasty Warriors is not going nowhere and the heroes are not ever going to retire Long Live Dynasty Warriors.

@wDeathw it is worth to pay ... cause it declones some characters including Xiahou Dun ( his saber is back! ) Zhao Yun probably Zhang Liao ( cause pang de took his weapon back ). Moreover you can play story mode any character you want. Every character has his/her own Legend mode which is the other name of Musou Mode. So everycharacter has his own story, cutscenes, they gonna have bigger roles (Ma Chao for example). Unique weapons are back (only obtainable in hard mode) and 4 vs 4, Co-up in SM

@wDeathw it is expansion to DW7 much more than a DLC. Remember the old DW XLs or DW Empire series? it is similar to them but have much more things to do...before everything every character is gonna have his/her story... as I wrote before there are many additions and all of them are the our previous demands... 4 vs 4, team battles, ranking matches, co-up in story mode, Legend mode ( similar to DW5 musou mode ), many character's decloned etc. etc. There will be some addition to gameplay as well

@Derinfrekans Zhang Liao can't be decloned because the custscenes and character art still have his old twin halberds. He and Pang De just have to share and if not they'll both get a new moveset. I can't see them making a twin halberd moveset very different from the one he already has.

@Derinfrekans pang de is confirmed to have twin halberds, making him and liao clones of eachother. If liao doesn't get a new moveset then they will be clones still.I doupht that they will give him a new moveset. because they have already made several wei characters with unique movesets (zhen ji, cai wenji, zhang he, Guo Jia, wang yi, etc)

@Derinfrekans I'm talking about Dynasty Warriors 7 cutscenes. And Zhao Yun's new ex weapon is still his same spear just it now has it's own class away from the other spear. Same as Xiahou Dun's sword class has the same skin as his current ex weapon it's just now a seperate class from other swords. Guess what, the next deskin will likely be the TWIN SWORDS because they also have a special level 11 weapon. If Zhang Liao got a new moveset(he might) he'd still have twin halberds.

@jsmasterlubu3 It seems return of the spear for Zhang Liao has a slim chance. However if you noticed Xiahou Dun's and Zhao Yun's weapon icons are completly different now. Still Zhang Liao may have a different moveset for twin halberds, guess we have to wait for the new scans. These kind of speculations revealed by the fans around the forums. Many people expected claws for Sima Yi, shame he won't have. You know many fan made fun about Liao for stealing De's style. There should be difference

@Derinfrekans Judging by the pics i doubt De will have his own moveset. The weapon icon and the axes he was wielding look the same as Liao's. Let's hope they didnt just change the spear/sword icon and actually gave Yun/Dun their own moveset.

@CopyingNinjaKakashi don't worry I saw Xiahou dun's and Zhao Yun's pictures and they are different. Also it is officially confirmed. Yeah the big question is what will be the difference between Zhang Liao and Pang De except the walking speed... you know it will be very dumb and boring if the 2 same style (and it is very badass one) in 2 cool characters of the same side. De fans always called Zhang Liao as a thief since the DW6 lol :))) ... but I am positive and believe there will be difference

@Derinfrekans Zhang Liao's twin axe moveset in DW6 and 7 is SO MUCH better than Pang De's Dynasty Warriors 5 moveset. Plus Pang De was slow and Zhang Liao is fast. I know the icons are different but the weapon skin is the exact same so Zhang Liao would still have the twin halberds either way. That is his ex weapon, it's in his character art, pictures, and DW7 cutscenes, including the CGI cutscenes like Jin's ending.

@jsmasterlubu3 we already passed this topic... Zhang Liao probably will have same weapons but I believe there will be a difference between De. BTW I never agree the people who say De sucks etc . I mastered all the characters in DW5 (still playing my fav. in the series). Pang De's only walking speed is slow but not his attacks. He is completly different other slow characters such as Xu Zhu. Give him charge attack and speed item, use his charge attacks always, ride horse, he is unique and beast

I'm kinda skeptical of him getting the same weapons as Zhang Liao as well. Zhang Liao is head over heels better than Pang De. Hopefully Pang De's Ex isn't very good. I don't really care much though, I don't want Dynasty Warriors 7 Xtreme Legends for the new characters.

@jsmasterlubu3 same here I love Zhang Liao more... cause he is pure beast and leader of the 5 Wei generals in the history as well but I just said for DW5. Pang De was best 'Tank' Character, his charge attacks were so fun to play. De should not be better than Liao that is why I want difference between them... To be Honest I love Zhang Liao with his twin axes, they should 've find a new weapon/s for De... if they share same movesets it will be so dumb ( like Sima Yi and Zhuge Dan in Jin )
