  • This is really good stuff but u do have to realize u cant always to these moves. Its all about the situation and ones own sensitivity. With these moves if a guy jabs and hes quick and retreats it back fast like you're suppose to these would be a difficult take down to use on that. It is all about the situation but these can be very useful.

  • I like how the video has been slowed down so the contact points are better viewed.

  • When children are exposed to martial arts they learn discipline and are taught to avoid trouble. In our martial art they are taught common sense before self-defense. Perhaps more importantly, children project confidence thus inherently avoiding trouble. As the old saying goes "An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure".

  • @jennel777 very true, same was taught to me as a kid in karate.

  • is it ok to teach children this stuff? i just hope they only apply it in life threatening situations..
