  • @all, it's because Tebow mentions Jesus. Everybody can thank God, but as soon as u say something about Jesus people get upset. Something about that name! :) thAnk you Jesus!!!! :)

  • Im a Ravens fan, but Troy is one of my favorite NFL players, he's very humble.

  • troy has always been my favorite player for the steelers and thats my favorite team and this just makes me like him more. Troy Polamalu the strong saftey.

  • So why the heck do we chastise Tim Tebow when he says less than this guy?!?!?

  • @turtlemustangnick i have no problem with tim tebow and his decision to thank God after a game and people should leave him alone but I don't think you can get mad at someone like troy when he is talking about God on a Christian program lol

  • The Bible is God's Word and it was written by God-inspired people who were filled with God's Holy Spirit. God did not give us His Word for us to ignore or twist it. It is a very very serious matter - all of us have been created by God and we have souls which are in danger. While we are here on earth, we have a chance to give our lives to Jesus who is the Saviour of our souls. If not, souls will suffer eternal damnation

  • It is great to see that there are NFL players who are trying to be the best Christians they can be.

  • Did the dude call him Charlie Polamalu?

  • @Granero38 I HEARD IT TOO

  • He's eastern orthodox christian- check it out

i did for 15 yrs, while a protestant minister,

now I'm orthodox, living in Hebrews 12:24 ff check journey to orthodoxy com

  • @TheSpyridon1 Amin!

  • This is very good. PAX

  • Awww he has such a good character. And he's so handsome :) My type of guy.

  • Just adds to the character list of my favorite team since childhood!

  • He probably prays for the people he hits in the game, haha, but seriously pretty cool what he had to say

  • Glad I saw this video, didn't know there was many C's in the NFL.

  • @RSEvergrave Welll Tim Tebow is another good example, consistent in his faith

The NFL needs more positive role models like these guys.. Kids look up to the players and often are sent the wrong message. Ironic that such a physical and combative game can still reflect God's influence on their lives

  • He's very passionate with christ. He's very humble. Yet, he is a beast on the field. That's Troy Palomalu!

  • He's awesome...I had a chance to talk with him and his wife at a greek festival...what a nice guy

  • @wats8800 ya he is very nice. he goes to my church. that greek festival you were at was my churches..

  • KAMA SAMOA, haha. yehh buddy

  • Troy Polamalu: The ambassador of Orthodoxy.

  • An awesome dude, both on and off the field.

  • god bless him

  • im sorry but he looks just like his wife

  • Troy is a member of the True Church of Christ the Holy Eastern Orthodox Christian Church!

  • troy's a very good role model! i wish there were more athletes lik him, not cokey, or so full of themselves dat it gits 2 a point dat it starts 2 affect how they play. and then they start 2 loose all the ppl who support them. hes givin me a good influence, cuz i go 2 a christian skool and were very competive. and so i thank troy 4 opening my eyes about how u should not play 4 the fame, but u play through God, and how God can help u prosper through playing.

  • penis

  • @ChinnTuPhat in your mouth

  • Damn he has a such a soft voice, surprised me big time

  • IM NOW A BIG FAN OF TROY POLAMALU....... NEW FAVORITE FOOTBALL PLAYER

  • I really appreciated this video and Troy's faith in Christ!!

  • Too bad CBN failed to mention the man is an Orthodox Christian, and what Troy speaks about is what one learns through Orthodoxy.

  • @foxriverfred yea of course they failed to mention that.

  • I LOVE YOU TROY <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3 SAMOAN PRIDE!!

  • Troy Polamalu: Orthodox Christian!

    journeytoorthodoxy . com

Glory to God for all things

  • [@ethanwatson75] actually it's troy polamalu

  • God bless you Troy. We need more players like you in the nfl!

  • This guy is a class act

  • THIS FOOTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR WEBCASTING

  • Did he say 432 tackles, seven sacks, and 17 interceptions in one year? I would like to know where he found those stats. I'm no expert on NFL stats, but those numbers seem a little high. Career stats yes, season stats no. Listen at 0:43.

  • anyone who does the commandments of God is wise and brave and does not fear the world. He who does not ........becomes a fool and is a coward and fears his own shadow even though he might have power and be a king.

  • polamalu is a good man. they say the only talking he does on the field is if he is praying

  • i love your christian faith troy

  • troy i like your chistian faith i'm only nine i go to churc on every sunday keep that faith in god

  • to every one who puts a negetive comment just ask yourself one question why does christianity offend you with all the things going on in this world why does this offend you or does it scare you because you hear the truth. God bless you all I will be praying for you.

  • Great interview, very inspiring Troy has to be one of the all time greatest football players and the best people to follow and be INSPIRED

    Thank you Troy

    Larry

  • please everyone who reads this please join the facebook group We CAN and we WILL find 1,000,000 Creationists by June 2011. Please show your faith! :) God bless!

  • Fucking hot why he is not gay lllllol

  • @FuckYouIamAntonio That's not "gay", that's true confidence and secure manhood. What you hear is lack of a fake front. Listen again and you'll hear the sound of a true man- humble, compasionate, considerate, but with the heart of a Lion so don't mistake the kindness for weakness.

  • @GmanZX7

    Well said!

  • Troy is the man!

How God Communicates with me...Check out my vid

  • Love how soft spoken he is ,,, the sincerity comes through.

Tony I pray for you and your family as I know the temptations in the spotlight are enormous. I pray he will preserve you as His own and keep you till the day of Christ Jesus' return.

  • Wow, what an awesome mini sermon he just preached. That was amazing.

  • Jesus loves you very much Troy...Jeremiah 31:3.

  • I do not care about or for Pat Robertson at all, but I do like the fact that Mr. Polamalu lives his faith. (I'm an Orthodox catechumen); I hope that the 700 club stays well away from him.

  • look at this machine ur listening to and you dont think god wrks thru him

  • so what do you have that will unblind us? Since your so UNBLINDED help us blind people!

  • rationality? like not believing that we were all made by pure chance? i just choose not to believe that we came from monkeys. where did the monkeys come from, dirt? where did the dirt come from, space? where did space come from? open your eyes

  • I can't stand the 700 club, but I do love and respect Troy Polamalu, and he's also one very good looking man! His wife is so lucky!

  • why???...That would go against our religion...

  • charlie polamalu??

  • yea 430 tackles in one year..get ur crap right!

  • amen. satan poisons us in small doses at a time. subtle

  • dude.. can ya ease up on that just a little. you try putting yourself into character on how he's trying to live. I don't think you'd survive. respect to polamalu. he one of the hardest players in the NFL.

  • ...and he's Orthodox! What's Pat Robinson's opinion on that? hmmm... Well, it was a good piece, anyways. :-)

  • but that part is up to God...not Pat Robertson...it all comes down to your personal relationship with God...and his is strong...

  • Agreed! :-)

  • I guess my view on it is...as long you believe the Jesus Christ is the son of God,Who passed away so human kind can have a second chance, and all you have to do is know him personally and confess him as your savior...then it doesnt really matter what church you go to....because at the end God will decide who did right and wrong...but yeah thats just my view...much love and respect...God Bless

  • well i believe that doctrine is very important, different churches, teach different doctrines and some false. apostle paul tells timothy "Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers." -1 Timothy 4:18

  • 1 Timothy 4:16

    lol sorry, not 18

  • Agreed, living for Christ (or NOT) will have the largest bearing on your condition ultimately. When faced with the truth in Christ as Troy has seen Him revealed in Orthodoxy Christianity, he'd be a heretic to turn away from that truth's fulness. Listen to the way he talks: he's not faking it. He works on himself in prayer deeply because he knows IC XC through His One Holy Catholic & Apostolic Church: the Orthodox Church. 700 Club doesn't really want you to know that.

  • troy polamalu and big ben roethlisberger are both my 1st favorite players. but this video sucks because of no broadcasting!

i could barely see troy mannnn!

at least he is a christran!

  • That what its all about!! A relationship that personal, and with Jesus Christ ONLY!! Thank you Lord for people like Troy!!

  • amazing

  • Uhh... nice interview but the stats Shawn Brown reported were way off. I mean if the stats were true they would all be records. LOL. FYI you might want to fact check yourselves before the broadcasts are aired. Still Troy Polamalu is a great guy and even a poor interviewer cannot take away from that.
