Wow was Chuck K the dj there also?I use to love Lamours in Brooklyn.I worked a TT-Quick show there in the late 80's and love the stage.It was one on favorites to take band shots at.Next to Studio 1 it really had some depth.

L'amour east was in Queens of Queens Blvd. L'amour West was in Brooklyn.

Either way, rock history was made. Nice vid, I was there.

lamore east was on Queens blvd in queens that is where i saw them on that tour so if this is lamores east its queens the other was known as lamore brooklyn

laz4 has it right -it was on Queens Blvd - i was up there in the front - holy crap!! It was Valentines day i believe and Eddie Jackson (think it was him) had on a Phil Simms jersey - cause the Giants had just won the Super Bowl

My dad was at the second show out of the 2 shows at lamour east. Where did you get this footage? Ive only dreamed about seeing this footage of this glorious night all I ever heard were stories.

I just showed this video to my brother; he was there that night. However, L'amour East was on Queens Boulevard in East Elmhurst, NY (Queens). It was one of 2 Lamour's in NY in the 1980s. It is now a Tae Kwan Do studio.
