Another reason its that BCE are fithing against natural deflation. With deflation the power to buy from peoples will increase and consumes will start again.

but today its useless to mass import Est products and China products lowering for example our milk prices while internal financial banks speculation let oil and and houses prices skyrocket.

there has to be rason for landowners to agree to this with livestock, the tag is antiptheft, so if sheep are killed or stolen, they can track the offender, even if that offender used an alien spaceship to take it away, ET has stole to many livestock they wanna track them more easily rofl..
