I applied the one that can be found at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com however just about any training program is good if they have been proven to work which many are not unfortunately...

LeBron is a great player, but skill wise, he's not on Kobe or Jordan's level. But he's so young, his game will develope. Right now his ball handeling and break down skills aren't on Kobe's or Dwayne Wade's level. He just muscles by people, and then jumps over them. He's still a great player.
