anyone knows how he syncronizes the sh 101 to the tb 303 ??? (both midified? or does the 303 has an cv out - no it doesn´t, does it? thanks a lot for that uploads by the way...i don´t watch all! that videos for the first time...

The 303 only has sync and cv/gate output. It cannot receive midi messages. The 101 has a cv/gate input so it can receive messages from the 303. Then I'm guessing he has the 303 synced to the 707. So it would go...
707 sync out to the 303 sync in, 303 cv/gate out to the 101 cv/gate in.

He uses the syncs, they aren't midi modified. He let me come up before he started and have a look at all his stuff, amazing guy! :-)

nono, the ensoniq has a standalone sequencer, a pretty goodone i think. the mdii is just used to sync !
