i saw seth on september 28th. came to town to talk abotu the show. ended up airing the new episode which they played on september 30th. it was the uncut version. they had the cut this part out where this simpsons ad comes on the bottom of the screen, then quagmire runs out and jumps on marge and starts humping her. then it cuts to the simpsons house, and quagmire and marge are gettin it on, then homer, bart, lisa and maggie walk in and he shoots them all one by one. lol

The problem with this kind of humour is two fold.

1: It's very, very clever. So most people on the internet don't get it. See mtlc82's comment above.

2: It's an address to a crowd at Harvard, therefore, he's based his speech as such. It's not designed to be aimed at the general population.

I for one found it really funny. If you didn't, you're probably a bit thick.

Most of the humour in this rides on the fact that he is doing Stewie's voice. Other than that, most of the material is fairly average. Nothing special. Maybe it's less funny for me because I'm British and I can only really be entertained by the strength of the words, despite how ridiculous the accent is.

If you like dry humour with funny British Accent you should look for Jimmy Carr, he's the real deal.
