  • Hey ming I just watched ur show and liked the way you use many fresh ingredients in your dishes. I am 17 years old and want to become a chef one day.But I am not exactly a fan of fish. Will this effect my chances of becoming a chef one day?

  • Ming I came here after watching Paula Dean cook, and thinking how fattening the recipes were. Yours are not so fattening, thank you!

  • I love Ming Tsai and I understand the emphasis on simple, but I can't watch this. I know Ming knows better.

  • where's the sauce? D:

  • Pretty much the only things missing are Tamarind paste, peanuts, bean sprouts and spring onion. I don't have jalapenos in my pad thai though.

I think Ming's idea is to try and make it easier for the viewer to cook the dish. He doesn't want to over complicate things with his dishes so that if the viewer wants to cook it, they can. Just my thoughts.

  • @AJtteoe You're pretty much on spot considering the name of the show is "Simply Ming". Emphasis on the "Simply".

  • awesome! chef ming is always doing something different which i like. well done chef ming.

  • fuck all you... this looks really good regardless if it has sauce, i bet that shrimp juice is amazing with that lime

  • not your typical Pad Thai but looks like worth a try.

  • This is NOT Pad Thai wtf.... i have a better pad Thai recipe

  • this aint pad thai?

  • gross, raw onions & no sauce. What's the pad thai part??? You can do better than that Ming!

  • I luv Pad Thai in the front of MV School Korat Thailand
