When you replace the strings on a guitar you should give them a few stiff tugs before tuning them fully because they will stretch out causing them to drop flat. that sounds like what happened here, dropped down outta tune when the strings stretched.

its harder to sing when you are sitting down because your diaphragm is more deflated which makes your vocals lack support. lets see your video of you singing it "exactly right" both ways also thatd be awesome lol
