Also all this dedication has it's price! I could complain, since here it really IS expensive - but still i prefer B&J's paying fare prices for their basic materials and taking part in this whole "green" thing!

First, you have absolutely no reason to complain since B&J's is, compared to my homecountry Germany, CHEAP in the US!

Second, acknowledge that the B&J's attempt of fair trade etc. has it's price - You have the choice of buying cheaper ice-cream, if you really think B&J's is too expensive.

This mentality of yours is just not right - you can't always have best quality at the lowest price.
