The reporter was saying that Meryl is the Susan Lucci of the Oscars because Meryl was nominated 16 times at the Oscars. How could someone be nominated for an acting award if they are bad at it?

Enough reason why she's ALWAYS nominated and won..being nominated 16x and for sure 17th is a testament that she's more than talented..she's UNPARALLELED! Sure Katherine Hepburn won 4 but Meryl has portrayed more diverse characters..just like Bette Davis..it's her time for an Oscar no matter what anyone will say!!!
