  • I like to put my coconut in the blender for a few short blasts & add a little coconut extract to the batter....try this...I hope you like.

  • wow ur comment was two years ago...anywho what should i season the shrimps with...should i season them at all....depending on how i cook them i some times use old bay, but if i fry i use salt and pepper what is a nice mix for them...?

  • no he dredges them lightly with flour to make sure it's dry so it can adhere to the batter , and he's using the batter as a binder for the coconut
