dude... the strumlimit is about the same as gh3. but the timing window is so small that it makes the notes overlap eachother, so you have to strum fast, and with a precision of a god. that's why its so hard, not that 17 nps strum limit, because the strumlimit at gh3 and gh2 is the same (around 22 notes i think)

i dont think a struming limit is in gh3. or there is but not noticle because of how bog the timing window. gh2 for ps2 has struming limit of 16 nps gh2 xbox360 has 15 nps strum. its possible to hit them but very hard.
