Unless I am mistaken the officer in question has not been dismissed by anyone and still holds his commission in the reserves. Hence, the UCMJ article you quote does not apply. He was released from his pending voluntary deployment to Afghanistan, but that is not the same as dismissal. There is speculation that his volunteering for deployment was politically motivated to press the BC issue. His civie job is not under UCMJ jurisdiction.
Obama not being a citizen almost seems too big a secret to keep. Granted, the lapdog media overwhelmingly goes out of its way to give this walking, talking disaster a positive spin but seriously, it just seems too big. SOMEONE would've leaked it... wouldn't they? I don't know anymore. With Obama, no lie is too big I guess when it comes to pushing his socialist agenda.
