  • You're great, but so are a lot of other youtubes. The reason I decided to sub was your teaching style. I appreciate what you're doing for the digital guitar community :]

  • @BlikeNave Thanks!

  • Dave... I SERIOUSLY wanna see you rock the @#$% out of a Kitara-- because what you're doing here I GOTTA see manipulated into that thing because the video of you checking one out is what brought me here and I am absolutely jaw to the floor amazed at your talent. Keep that groove strong-- and you're right: "Music's about communication, not competition!"

  • @Aardcore Thanks a lot buddy, it means a lot!!!

  • Good Vid!

  • Now this is an unique piece! Very very nice bending at 1:48. I find it rather difficult to bend an artificial harmonic in such a clean amp setting. I also have to tell you, the intro was one of the reason I was interested in listening further to the song. You definitely deserve more views on this one.

  • @DrizztII Thank you!!!

  • Who the next G3 tour should consist of:

Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, and David Wallimann

  • @Polyrythym1 Thanks man! :-)

  • Stellar playing! I enjoyed this one immensely...

  • @anshumanchaube95 Thank you!

  • Fantastic. on a lot of different fronts.. What kind of amp do usually use live w the tele for that tone?

  • @chi3knees I actually never use amps... :-)

  • @Wallimann The AxeFX II is a preamp right?

  • you didn't even warm up

  • Love your tone

  • @TrebleWizard Thanks man!

  • Dave, do a vid on creating a backing track. What you use ...... Thanx

  • @johnboy10 Will do!

  • @johnboy10 He did cover how to create a backing track....well yes, he doesn't tell what he uses but for drums, there quite a bit of software out there. SD2.0, EZDrummer,Steven Slate Drummer, Battery. Or you can use something like the Stylus RMX to have something going right off the bat. Hope this helped :)

  • @dkijc I use Addictive Drums! :-)

  • @Wallimann @johnboy10 And of course the master uses Addictive Drums! :)

  • @Wallimann Thanks Dave :)

  • walliman you rule.

why are you using the suhr riot if you've got the super amazing fractal audio??

    saludos desde bolivia!!

  • Yes like how you mix and master I love your sound!!

  • Backing track reminds me of "eminence front" by the Who

  • These kind of advice shouldn't be free, because many out there are charging fortunes for this kind of practical, very usable, quality tips! Mais si tu t'y retrouves avec les ventes de backing track, pourquoi pas!!

  • @duconmarcel Thanks a lot! I'm glad you find these useful!

  • Awesome as usual. Great track David.

  • Love the groove! I think this is one of your best tracks yet :)

  • @davelowry123 Thanks so much!

  • Another tasteful example of soloing - thanks! How do you record the guitar against the backing track and balance the signals? I would love to do the same but without recording the mismatched room audio levels. Thank you!

  • @aeropagitica I record everything on a computer. Once it's mixed, I synchronize it with the video.

  • Love it

  • faved... tasty as my grandma's pie hmmm

  • @FeuVache Haha! Thanks!

  • You know a youtuber is good when you like the video before you even watch it, I'll see it after school, until then great playing in advance haha :)

  • Great video!! love your work and lovin' that tele!

  • @mytagisWVU69lolz Thank you!!!
