@KirstinLovee I'm sorry... Hope my video helped a little. I had to say Goodbye to my brother back in 2008 when he died in a motorcycle crash. It was hard - in fact the first year was pure hell. But I survived, and the pain came down to manageable levels. I still miss him, and it still hurts, but I really thank God for my faith and my family. Those two factors have pulled me through so many times. I will pray for you, and you're welcome to message me if you want to talk.

Often, there is only God out there. often, the only one that is witnessing, is God, our Angel.... thank you. i admire you for living with such a difficult condition. you can help even by being here. please don't be depressed although believe me i really know.

I know i've commented on this before, but i'd just like to say, again, that this video is probably the most inspirational i've ever seen, and i'm so thankful that i can watch it whenever i'm feeling depressed and it helps so much

it.You've felt it, you've thought about it, you've self-harmed.If you think the way I do, then this was because the pain was so strong,that all you'd want is for everything to come to and end.
But what if at that moment,when the pain is so deep, you would commit suicide?
You wouldn't be here to care for all the people out there.
This proves that you are needed in this world.You can make a change.
And so can everyone else.
So People, if you think there's no-one loving you;I'll say what Gene said.There IS someone caring for you.Some one who loves you, OR will need your help in the future.But if you don't stay around, there'll be noone to watch out for them.
Because you probably still have another 3/4 of your life ahead, and you will need new people.I am only 14, so maybe I don't know a lot, and my sad moments are maybe just because i'm growing up, but what I do know, is that I have thought about suicide,there are times when i cut..

Absolutely, my friend. Depression is insidious, though. When you're in that pit it's hard to remember anything good. The grace of God carries me through.
you are a truly beautiful man, you've helped me so much, i'm a 16 yo girl and i don't know much about life yet, but you helped me out alot, i can't even understand what you had to go through. i've struggled with dyslexia all my life, and i've always felt dumb, behind every one. i'm normal now now really, quite smart, but i think so much different than every one, i'm not suicidle but i've struggled with SI a bit. so and i think a bit of depression. but this has really helped me, deff my answer.
I just wanted to say thank you i found this video helpful i am suffering from depression and I am finding it hard to deal with
