Wonderful song, so touching and even though it might not be about Jenifer, you know he's singing to her and George is thanking God for the gift of his baby girl, no matter how short of a time he actually had to hold her.

  • I saw George at Fresno (the night before the Vegas show) and after having four children myself (3 of them lil cowgirls) this song just hit home so much for me. Yeah, it brought a tear, I'll admit it...But what can I say, it was me he was signin about, along with all the other proud cow-papa's out there!!! Great tune and I don't think any other artist would've mastered it like Mr. Strait has done...

  • Thank you for posting this video, I shared it with my Son and his wife, they had a nine pound baby girl yesterday, her name is Junie Violet. She truly is a gift given to us from God. I am sure this song will go to number one on the charts! George Strait is a number one class act!
