There's another movie, from late '90s, with billy blanks as the black martial art master, that is very very close if not nearly identical to Never Back Down..

@FightingWarrior yeah I've seen that also. Where billy plays an ex cop janitor or something like that. I swear he was the shit then the whole tai bo gimmick killed all of his street credentials.
