@slimeytilley think about it. birds have to be able focus in and out on things when they're in the air hunting. so naturally they have control over the muscles in their eyes. as for this parrot, he might be doing it to show aggression/excitement.

I used to have an oohmegoolies bird. The male is the only bird that has large external testicles (goolies). Unfortunately it has very short legs so every time it lands it cries "oohmegoolies"!!!!!!!

They are a pygmy tribe that hunt in tall grasslands. They've never been filmed but their cries of "where the f*ck are we"?," where the f*ck are we"? have been recorded!!! keep smiling!! ;-)

My mother has an African Grey that isn't as nice as this bird is. Though Otis does talk quite a bit. Sadly I have found with many African Grey parrots, they tend to have a penchant for naughty words and vulgar sounds.
